Disconnect to Reconnect
The hardest thing to do is to change behaviours, but it's even harder when you think you don't have an option. With tech and screen addiction, many feel its just how it is, and we can't do anything about it.
This session allows you to reflect on your tech use, and consider alternatives and changes you can make to make things better, improve your lifestyle and achieve the changes you want to make.Schools (Special programme)
A special one-day programme has been developed for schools, targeted at year 5, 6, 7 and 8. This includes parents' sessions at the beginning and end of the school day to allow parents to consider their own tech habits, and how they can help their children develop good habits. In between those sessions, age appropriate workshops for pupils will help young people to consider what healthy tech use looks like for them, and what choices they have.
